The painting underwent a transformative process, first being meticulously cut up and then thoughtfully reassembled into a new form. To enhance the unity and coherence of the piece, fresh layers of paint were carefully applied to the canvas. This innovative technique, reminiscent of the practices of literary icons like T.S. Eliot and William S. Burroughs, and celebrated in the realms of painting and sculpture by masters such as Pablo Picasso, Henri Matisse, and Kurt Schwitters, infuses traditional artistry with a modern twist.
